KPMG’s Debt Advisory practice has a c.25 year history advising public and private clients on developing and executing debt financing strategies. The team’s typical clients include listed companies, medium to large privately owned businesses and private equity / sponsor-backed entities. Its experience spans the spectrum of debt markets, financing instruments, asset classes, sectors and situations (including M&A, investment, new debt issues, refinancing and restructuring / amendments to debt facilities). The team operates sub-teams focusing on ‘Corporates’ and ‘Leveraged Finance’, in addition to dedicated expertise specialising in financial services and real estate.

KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Director role, with a sector focus on the Consumer, Retail & Leisure industry and with particular experience in Deal Strategy, one of our core propositions. This role supports the development and drafting of global guidance and communications for sustainability reporting, financial reporting and corporate reporting more broadly, as well as relevant audit and assurance considerations relating to forthcoming and existing IFRS Accounting Standards, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

As an SAP Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SAP projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight.
