The Learning Content team is responsible for designing and developing a diverse range of engaging and inclusive learning solutions for a broad client base across various sectors. Our expertise spans on-demand context-setting animations, inclusive digital learning, thought-provoking podcasts, facilitated in-person and virtual classrooms, and action-oriented peer working sessions. We are renowned for our proficiency in learning and are seeking a skilled Learning Visual Designer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Attend project kick-off meetings and work with the Learning Content Lead, Instructional Designers (IDs) and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop branding, look & feel documentation and apply these standards to develop initial templates.
  • Work with Learning Content Lead /Project managers to estimate completion time.
  • Interpret storyboards and scripts to create visually engaging content, using experience to recommend appropriate solution format and design approach.
  • Work closely with Instructional Designers to support the development of storyboards and scripts, providing technical suggestions to further enhance the learning solutions and ensure deliverables can meet quality, cost and timeframes as agreed with Project Management team and client.
  • Source and produce Graphics and video/animations.
  • Communicate ideas to stakeholders and suggest ways to innovate existing processes and solutions.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness when planning build, focussing on quality as well as commerciality.

 

What will you need to do it? 

  • Experience in delivering innovative, compelling visual designs across a range of formats including digital, video, and print.
  • Highly proficient in graphic design software, preferably using the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / Premiere.
  • Experience working in a client-focused environment, with excellent collaboration skills and a flexible approach.
  • Ability to manage own workload across a range of projects, prioritising key tasks and managing intern
