KPMG’s Pensions Advisory business continues to build out its new pensions team, and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in the area of defined contribution pensions. Specific areas of focus, but not exhaustive, will include

•            Scheme strategy and structure across workplace pensions

•            Member engagement and education

•            Investment policy

•            Governance, including setting up governance committees

•            Wider benefit and reward strategy

•            Financial coaching and well-being

•            Statutory auto-enrolment compliance and implementation

•            Compliance

•            Thought leadership on future of DC and links to wider reward

You will be a lead contact with client teams, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day relationships. You will also work closely with our tax and legal specialists across all of KPMG's UK offices to consider areas of adjacencies and growth.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in the area of defined benefit pensions. Specific areas of focus, but not exhaustive, will include

• Journey planning and risk management, aiming for self-sufficiency or buy out, and endgame options including use of surplus
• Funding advice to sponsors and advice on compliance with DB funding code
• Advice on contingent funding options and work on special purpose vehicles
• Pensions due diligence on mergers and acquisitions
• Provision of member education and communication
• Advice on benefit change, benefit design and implementation
• Advice on good governance and compliance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for a pivotal 12- to 24- month assignment within our Global Quality & Risk Management (GQRM) team. This role will align to our European & Middle Eastern and African global region and will be instrumental in supporting a high-profile effort to deploy KPMGI’s new globally centralized Client Acceptance and Continuance (CAC) solution – a key strategic initiative. The role will report to the GQRM – CAC Deployment lead with the primary remit of driving timely support and adoption of the globally defined solution across the region.
