Summary of Role Purpose: 

We are seeking a talented manager with experience of working across a wide range of Corporate and Defence clients. They should be able to manage and deliver client engagements, with demonstrable experience of managing the design and delivery of complex change and people transformation programmes to support our clients with addressing key market challenges. Typically, these programmes would cover at least one of the following areas: Workforce Transformation (inc. AI), Organisation Design, Change Management, HR Transformation, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development.  Our work is incredibly varied, but would typically cover:

• Managing a team of consultants and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver client engagements
• Providing specialist advice and working closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
• Contributing to business development and sales, working with account teams to scope opportunities and developing compelling proposals to win new clients
• Contributing to the development of methods, tools and thought leadership

This role will be delivering technology enabled outcomes for some of our clients’ most challenging business issues using modern and best in class engineering methodologies. Successful applicants will need to hold or be eligible and willing to attain at least SC level of security clearance. The role is based in Leeds, offering flexible working with 3 days per week in our engineering designed office space.

The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP and EPM based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Planning, Finance, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model.
