We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our KPE Audit team. KPE stands for KPMG Private Enterprise therefore audited entities comprise privately owned businesses and private equity backed businesses.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day high-quality delivery of audit engagements from planning through to completion.

Alongside audit delivery work, you will also supervise junior team members, and provide coaching and development to help them reach their full potential. This will include planning and supervising their work to ensure the work quality is to a high standard. 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of stakeholder relationships at audited entities and can expect to work with senior level staff.

You will work closely with the Audit Manager, Senior Manager, Director and Partner, ensuring that they are kept up to date with progress, involving them on a timely basis in all phases of the audit and when issues arise.

We are looking for someone with business development experience to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on helping to achieve our ambitious growth plan for KPMG Law through leading the execution of sales activity in the market.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and understanding clients’ issues to match them with the most appropriate solutions. Working alongside our Tax specialists, you will gain a broad understanding of the key issues that our clients face and how we can help to address them with our broad range of propositions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible new client acquisition, so they will need to be tenacious and resilient to help open new relationships and help us gain market share. An ability to influence internal senior stakeholders and clients is also key, as increasing service line penetration across accounts is another fundamental part of the role.

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager supports the Director by managing and delivering complex client transitions and transformations in contracting services from pre-sales through transition and implementation. Under the Director's guidance, you will lead detailed aspects of the sales and transition phases, including process mapping, pricing structure development, technology requirement confirmation, and RFP response preparation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing detailed process maps and optimised future-state solutions 

• Confirming technology requirements (CLM, Gen-AI), managing data migration and integration 

• Developing pricing structures and contributing to proposal and pitch material creation

The Opportunity
