We are recruiting for Managers to join our Private Equity, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Mid-Market and Corporates teams (which includes Energy and Natural Resources, Life Sciences, TMT, CDI and SPA) across the UK to support the growth of our TS business.

What will you be doing?

• You will be able to draw on your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with a variety of clients or sector specific clients
• Using your analytical skills you will interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions for your clients
• You will have overall responsibility for cost management, reporting, monitoring of recovery rates against budget and invoicing
• You will be responsible for delivering large sections/full work streams from end-to-end and will add value to your clients by working together with other areas of the business to become a trusted adviser
• Producing robust financial analysis and supporting your team by reviewing their work
• You will be a key contact for the client and advisors on a day-to-day basis

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. We have launched a market differentiating digital engagement platform for M&A as well as a campaign focused on ‘the Human Side of Deals’, and we continue to drive digital innovation.

This is an opportunity to be part of a fast growing, dynamic, working flexibly, collaborative culture and diverse team, made up of HR deals professionals working alongside with deal execution teams on large scale, global integrations, separations and Joint Venture, across a range of sectors (Financial Services, Healthcare, Real Estate, Consumer, Industrial, Technology, Media and Telecommunications or Business Services). We work together to develop solutions to the issues our clients may face and understand the financial benefits or risks that may be present from a people perspective.

This exciting role is within our Corporate Tax Team based in the Manchester office (other locations considered). As part of a high performing team you will work with a diverse portfolio of large clients across UK listed, PE-backed, inbound and family-owned groups, and take on a variety of projects, tax structuring and international expansion.
