This exciting role is within our Corporate Tax Team based in the Manchester office. As part of a high performing team you will work with a diverse portfolio of large clients across UK listed, PE-backed, inbound and family-owned groups, and take on a variety of projects including BEPS Pillar 2, tax structuring and international expansion.

We are looking for a talented and technically-orientated Senior Manager level to support our rapid growth in international tax provision. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment, supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.

KPMG has one of the leading Indirect Tax practices in the UK. Our 20 Partners and approximately 200 professionals provide advice and support in all aspects of Indirect Tax (VAT, Customs Duty, Environmental Taxes) to a broad range of business sectors including large multi-nationals, household name retailers and public sector organisations.
Within the National Markets Indirect Tax team we have specialists in sectors such as Retail, Supply Chain and International Trade, FS, Public Sector, Leisure and Travel. The majority of the team specialise in VAT but we also have Trade and Customs and Environmental Tax specialists within the team. Senior Manager role – Supply Chain

Summary of Role Purpose:

KPMG's Supply Chain practice helps clients build leading-edge supply chain capabilities across end-to-end operations. We combine deep sector insight, expert consulting capabilities, and trusted relationships to design and implement supply chain transformation programmes, including digital and technology integration.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager who is looking to leverage and expand their expertise in Supply Chain, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results leading complex projects and driving business growth. • Serve as the primary client contact, delivering clear and impactful communications, building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Drive insightful analysis, blending KPMG expertise with market intelligence and data analytics, to provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
• Leverage your industry experience to fuel sales, new business, and proposition development, expanding our market presence and service offerings.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience leading Supply Chain technology projects for diverse clients.
• Expertise in Supply Chain processes: S&OP, Transport, Warehouse Management, Network Optimisation, and more.
• Experience designing and implementing Supply Chain operating model transformations.

• Experience of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and/or best of breed supply chain solutions (LLamasoft, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan etc)

• Change management experience in complex, multi-national environments (a plus).
• A passion for contributing to the development of innovative solutions and assets.
• Ideally experience in one of the following sectors Consumer Goods, Retail, Oil and Gas, Aerospace & Defence, or Industrial.
