We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to work in our team and who are excited by the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey.   Clients will range from working with a diverse range of privately owned business (ranging from owner-managed to private equity), as well as listed businesses.  The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. The Finance Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor, combining financial insight with commercial acumen to influence decisions and drive performance. This role balances robust financial control with proactive engagement, ensuring the service line achieves its strategic and operational goals.

Job Description  

KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are now seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Commercial and Technology part of our Commercial, Technology and Data team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team which works across KPMG providing our clients with commercial and regulatory-driven solutions.

The role is to provide in-house employment law related advisory service on demand and proactively on initiative, to clients of the ELAT team, principally being human resources professionals within KPMG.  The proposal is that the solicitor will assist other team members in relation to all of the employment law requirements of the business including advising on the creation and interpretation of People policies.  There is also a requirement to undertake investigations in high-risk or sensitive conduct cases as and when required.
