Tax Technology & Innovation are a team of 300+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Law business. This business has 2500+ tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines. 

The team is made up of Technology Consultants, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects & Engineers, Multi-disciplinary Engineering teams and IT Service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Legal.

A key focus is working with KPMG’s Global Compliance & Transformation (‘GCT’) team to grow our managed service business, helping multinational groups manage and transform their global tax and accounting compliance and reporting requirement across multiple operating regions. 

Leveraging award-winning technology, we enable our clients to utilise KPMG’s compliance and transformation expertise to drive better visibility, greater efficiency and improved risk management across their organisation and responsibilities. We are winning new clients and are growing our technology implementation team as a result of these successes.

The Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG) at KPMG UK (ca. 400 FTEs) provide in-depth advice on strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure across Power & Utilities, Transport, Social Infrastructure, Government, Major Projects, in the UK and Europe. Our work includes market and policy design, economic and regulatory analysis, deal structuring and execution, as well as strategic and transaction advice to enable private and public capital to fund infrastructure. We work closely with other functions within KPMG to advise clients on due diligence, transactions and valuations.

Power & Utilities (P&U), led by Dr Matt Firla-Cuchra, counts c85 FTEs is the largest business area of IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all UK utilities as well as some of the largest energy and water companies in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategy, market, regulatory, cost assessment, corporate finance, transaction and energy transition advice to players and investors in the utilities sector. Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes for the benefit of customers as well as maximising shareholder value. FOPC Legal is an integral part of the wider FOPC practice.   To support further growth, we are looking to hire a senior private client solicitor to join the team as a Senior Manager.

The individual would be expected to lead the delivery of a quality output to our clients and participate in winning new clients by bringing new offerings to the market. Their client base would include a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, shareholders and international individuals.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you will be responsible for leading delivery of ServiceNow based solutions across client projects. You must analyse new business requirements and their correct technical implementation solutions using industry best practices. You will work closely with client engagement leads, ServiceNow architects, connected service teams, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring KPMG risk and quality standards are adhered to.
