We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for a pivotal 12- to 24- month assignment within our Global Quality & Risk Management (GQRM) team. This role will align to our European & Middle Eastern and African global region and will be instrumental in supporting a high-profile effort to deploy KPMGI’s new globally centralized Client Acceptance and Continuance (CAC) solution – a key strategic initiative. Service Delivery Manager 

 

As we continue to grow and strengthen our support and managed services offerings, we are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team.  
 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide end to end ownership of customer service contracts
  • Work across our ITIL based services, like problem and incident management, to deliver customer outcomes
  • Coordinate effort and liaise between nearshore and offshore teams
  • Ensure that an excellent service is being consistently delivered, and end customers consistently receive the contracted services
  • Ensure effective management and process controls are in place, and escalation is effective where necessary
  • Act as a point of contact and escalation for contracted end customers
  • Build services relationships with customers
  • Track performance of services and prepare reporting on SLAs & KPIs
  • Produce regular management reports for customers and attend review meetings
  • Provide analysis, feedback and actions based on trends, root cause analysis and other reports
  • Manage service improvement plans, inclusive of formalized creation and ownership with end customers
  • Take an active involvement in recruitment and team retention
  • Participate in offering improvements and creation

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ service delivery management experience working within an IT Support/Managed Services environment - specifically in Microsoft Technology
  • Good communication skills, with strong customer focus with the ability to operate at all contact levels including senior manager/director level
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and effectively communicate commercial opportunities and issues
  • Organised and delivery focused, strong planning skills and process driven
  • Superior time-management skills along with strong sense of urgency
  • People orientated, with team lead qualities, with experience of influencing and impacting leadership communities at varying levels
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction

Summary of role purpose
Investigations and Compliance (I&C) is part of KPMG’s Forensic practice.  We help clients with their biggest and most challenging misconduct and integrity matters.  Our work helps clients respond to regulatory enquiries, reduce reputational risk and prevent or reduce commercial loss by helping them to investigate and mitigate risks including fraud and misconduct, bribery and corruption, financial crime and much more.
As a result of an exciting and increasing pipeline of fraud analytics work, we are looking for a Manager to help coordinate the strategic direction of a team deploying analytics (including fraud analytics routines and GenAI capabilities) over large complex financial and other datasets, both structured and unstructured.

Description of the role
The role will involve leading a team deploying forensic analytics (including testing routines across structured data and LLM-enabled unstructured, structured and open-source data analysis) over large datasets to help our clients solve their most complex fraud, misconduct and integrity matters.

This role requires a deep understanding of both structured and unstructured data analytics techniques, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative analytical solutions leveraging a wide range of techniques, including through the use of SQL, Python, cloud computing and Generative AI (GenAI).

You should expect to work on a variety of project-based work over a cross section of forensic work types, industries and geographies. Day to day activities will vary depending on the type and circumstances of each project.

This position is a key member of the KDN Advisory OpCo leadership team and will achieve operational excellence within the KDN organisation, both globally and regionally.
