Tax and Legal Technology Team

We are a team of 300+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Legal business. This business has 2,500 tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines. We serve many thousands of clients and private individuals by providing a modern, market-leading suite of technology solutions that provide an efficient digital experience from routine to complex tax advice depending on client’s situation.

Tax is highlighted frequently as an industry where generative AI will have a significant impact on how services are provided. You will be working as a team at the forefront of navigating that change and redefining the way in which tax is determined in the UK and globally, making sure people and companies pay the right amount of tax with the minimum amount of effort.

The Engineering department is made up of Product Owners, Business Analysts, multi-disciplinary Engineering teams (approximately 160 Software, QA and Cloud Operations engineers) and IT Service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Legal. We also build cutting edge web portals for clients to interact with KPMG, maximising collaboration and ensuring seamless delivery of information to our clients.

As Digital Lead of the Create Digital Team, you will collaborate with the Design and Operations Managers to support and consult on creative digital solutions. With a passion for new technologies, functional digital design, and a strong UX/UI and prototyping background, you'll lead the UK and India teams in delivering exceptional user experiences for KPMG.

Focused on understanding user needs and behaviors, you’ll inform product strategy and design while ensuring high-quality, user-first outcomes. You will work closely with the KGS digital team to ensure a seamless design and development process, holding the team accountable for quality and timely delivery. Strong relationship-building with UK business leaders and cross-location mentoring is essential for delivering top-tier digital services. The role requires the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. 

The Financial Service (FS) Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients. The FS Reward Practice sits within the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has grown rapidly in recent years. KPMG’s technology offerings are a core part of the firm’s offerings and experiencing rapid growth.  The OGC Commercial team is looking to recruit an experienced lawyer to support the business with contract review and negotiation.  The successful applicant will advise partners and senior stakeholders within KPMG UK on a wide range of legal, risk and commercial issues relating to professional advisory, consulting and technology services.
