Join the People Operations team as a Senior People Advisor and help deliver business-focused, best-practice HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of wellbeing, absence and advisory casework, guiding managers and escalating complex matters to Employee Relations when appropriate. The role offers significant stakeholder exposure, with opportunities to influence pragmatic outcomes, improve processes and coach colleagues across People and Resourcing. This is a 12-month fixed term contract for an experienced HR adviser who combines sound employment law knowledge with confident communication, thoughtful risk assessment and a strong commitment to colleague experience.

Join Deal Advisory Tax as a Manager and help corporate and financial investors understand, manage and optimise tax considerations across acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and other complex transactions. You will work on UK and cross-border deals ranging from £10 million to more than £10 billion, collaborating with clients, legal advisers and specialists across KPMG. Your contribution will combine technical tax advice, commercial analysis, project leadership and relationship management to support sound decisions throughout the investment cycle. The People in M&A team helps clients address the workforce and organisational factors that determine whether a deal succeeds in practice. We support clients across the employee journey, from early strategy through execution, with a particular focus on human resources due diligence, people-related synergies and value creation. The team assesses workforce risks and opportunities, supports organisation design and employee transitions, and helps clients maximise transaction value through people.
