We are currently recruiting a manager to join our successful Family Office & Private Client Compliance team in Glasgow.

As a national practice our FO&PC team consists of 162 team members across the UK, led by 5 Partners, 3 Associate Partners and 12 Directors.

We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and senior members of private equity firms; who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships. 

If you are a highly motivated qualified tax adviser/ accountant (ATT, CTA or ACA/ACCA) with experience of working in personal tax, then we’d love to hear from you.

We recognise that there are also highly motivated individuals who are qualified though experience and may not be exam qualified and we are open to considering such individuals also. 

KPMG’s Pensions Advisory business continues to build out its new pensions team, and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team.

We are looking for a talented Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in the area of defined benefit pensions. Specific areas of focus, but not exhaustive, will include

• Journey planning and risk management, aiming for self-sufficiency or buy out, and endgame options including use of surplus
• Funding advice to sponsors and advice on compliance with DB funding code
• Advice on contingent funding options and work on special purpose vehicles
• Pensions due diligence on mergers and acquisitions
• Provision of member education and communication
• Advice on benefit change, benefit design and implementation
• Advice on good governance and compliance

The role will play a central part in delivering the audit practice’s most significant AI‑led transformations, including the accreditation and deployment of Agentic platforms and solutions, as well as re‑imagining central audit functions through AI. The Indirect Tax practice is a fast-growing and dynamic business, currently with 13 partners and approximately 186 professional staff located across the UK.  We work to support our portfolio of clients with a variety of Indirect tax issues.  Within the team we have specialists in sectors such as Retail, Supply Chain, International Trade, alongside our Public Sector specialisms.  We work closely with our colleagues in Trade & Customs, Corporate and Employment tax to deliver value to KPMG’s clients.
