This is an enormously exciting opportunity for a sales professional to represent KPMG across the Financial Services market across the Regions. Financial Services firms – including Insurers, Banks, Building Societies, Fintechs, and Wealth & Asset Managers – represent some of the most dynamic and impactful enterprises in the UK market. The Northern region in particular is recognised as a national engine for growth, innovation and opportunity, with FS organisations and regulators increasingly enhancing their presence outside of London and into the Regions. The Process Manager owns the end to end lifecycle of Global Procurement processes, ensuring processes and Standard Operating Procedures are clearly defined, consistently applied, and aligned with policy, systems, and operational requirements. A core focus of the role is leading GP’s audit and compliance activities, including coordination with internal audit teams, governance of the Non Budgeted Items Policy, and ensuring robust controls, timely submissions, and sustained policy adherence.

Reporting to the Change Management & Process Senior Manager, the Process Manager works closely with cross functional stakeholders to support change, content, and engagement activities. Our managers are responsible for managing the delivery of a range of financial crime projects with a particular focus on Data Analytics. Each project will generally incorporate a review and assessment of the current state of compliance, discussing matters directly with the client, proposing and delivering solutions, and providing oral presentations. They will be expected to collaborate across FS Consulting to deliver the best solutions for our clients.

The role will also involve the opportunity to take a leading role in our growing team of Data Analytics specialists, supporting the delivery of a range of financial crime projects and delivering comprehensive and well-considered solutions to clients’ challenges. A core part of the role will also include leveraging your industry contacts, skills, and experience to contribute to winning work and knowledge sharing and practice development across the team.

What will you be doing?

• Managing financial crime engagements or projects from scoping, analysis, and execution of the project, through to reporting (including delivery workstreams focusing on data modelling).
• Managing the risk and commercial aspects involved in the delivery of projects including budgets, planning, and project governance.

• Experience of multiple Workday Finance ERP implementation project lifecycles, from presales, scoping and planning through to post go live support, as a Solution Architect.
• Detailed knowledge of Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business process across Finance and Procurement.
• A background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas including Invoice to Cash (Receivables, Collection and Cash Management), Record to Report (General Ledger including Intercompany), Procure to Pay (Sourcing, Procurement, Payables and Payments), Acquire to Retire (Fixed Assets), Project to Result (Project Management and Project Accounting – Costing and Billing), within Workday Finance.
• Broad knowledge of other Workday product sets like HR and Payroll solutions
