KPMG’s Pensions Advisory business continues to build out its new pensions team, and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in the area of defined contribution pensions. Specific areas of focus, but not exhaustive, will include

•            Scheme strategy and structure across workplace pensions

•            Member engagement and education

•            Investment policy

•            Governance, including setting up governance committees

•            Wider benefit and reward strategy

•            Financial coaching and well-being

•            Statutory auto-enrolment compliance and implementation

•            Compliance

•            Thought leadership on future of DC and links to wider reward

You will be a lead contact with client teams, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day relationships. You will also work closely with our tax and legal specialists across all of KPMG's UK offices to consider areas of adjacencies and growth.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the work of junior staff, providing coaching and development to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements. You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees

The Powered Apps teams are communities of business and technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model. The Technology Implementation Manager will support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across both the UK and EMA firms. You will manage innovation through automation and transformation, analytics, and data driven solutions, enabling multinational clients to achieve global tax and accounting compliance with greater efficiency, accuracy, and control. 

We are seeking skilled professionals with hands-on experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions powered by SAP BTP. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality client engagements, focusing on enabling digital transformation and modern cloud-based solutions. The position also involves supporting business development activities and contributing to proposals that help grow our SAP practice.
