  • KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with experience in the real estate sector and experienced in the development and integration of legal technology to enhance service delivery. 
  • KPMG is planning to launch a global real estate portfolio management solution during 2026. The candidate will work closely with the KPMG Law UK Real Estate team to undertake the initial design and testing of the solution before launching across the broader network.
  • The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2013 and is now 9 strong including 3 Partners with further growth plans during 2025/2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth clients and listed property funds.
  • KPMG already has established real estate capabilities across multiple countries and the candidate will be required to liaise with senior lawyers in those countries as the solution scope is broadened. The candidate will also assist with the project management of the roll-out and the implementation of specific client solutions.
  • As this sector is known to lack diversity, KPMG is dedicated to considering diverse profiles for this role.
  • The ideal candidates are likely to come from law firms but candidates from competitor firms or in-house will also be considered.

You will be a Senior Manager within our Tech Transformation Practice (aligned to WAM Consulting) and will be helping both grow our business and ensure our teams deliver high quality advice to clients. Role summary

The GMS GEMS team Manager will work under the guidance of GEMS Leadership and Lead Member Firm Partners who oversee the engagements and remain updated on technical developments in areas like equity taxation, social security, transfer pricing, and more. A large part of this role is to support global client engagements as part of the GEMS network and ensure ongoing client satisfaction through seamless global coordination. A secondary, but equally important, aspect to the role is focusing on the continuous development of our global processes and technology to support the consistency of high levels of service delivery across our client engagements globally. This is an exciting opportunity with scope for progression for the right individual.
