Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle. Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. The Team

We are currently recruiting Tax Assistant Managers to join our successful Family Office & Private Client team based in the South (Bristol/Reading).

As a national practice our FO&PC team consists of approximately 150 team members across the UK, led by 9 Partners and 15 Directors.

We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and senior members of private equity firms; who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships. 

If you are a highly motivated qualified tax adviser/ accountant (ATT, CTA or ACA/ACCA) with experience of working in personal tax, then we’d love to hear from you.

As a member of the GBS team, you will be primarily focussed on working with clients in the public sector i.e. Central Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Infrastructure, Local Government and Policing. You will be focused on the delivery of market leading GBS solutions to the public sector including GBS Strategy, Target Op Model design, GBS Transition/Implementation and Business Process Outsourcing advisory.

We are looking for a Global Mobility Services Tax Senior Manager to join us in Scotland (Glasgow and Edinburgh), the North (Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle), the Midlands (Birmingham) or the South (Reading and Bristol). The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a confident, outward-facing skillset, and who is willing to invest time and energy in the marketplace.
