We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to work in our team and who are excited by the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey.   Clients will range from working with a diverse range of privately owned business (ranging from owner-managed to private equity), as well as listed businesses.  The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. The Indirect Tax practice is a fast-growing and dynamic business, currently with 13 partners and

approximately 186 professional staff located across the UK. We work to support our portfolio of clients

with a variety of Indirect tax issues. Within the team we have specialists in sectors such as Retail,

Supply Chain, International Trade, alongside our Public Sector specialisms. We work closely with our

colleagues in Trade & Customs, Corporate and Employment tax to deliver value to KPMG’s clients.

KPMG’s Technology Transformation practice helps clients transform the way that CIOs and their management teams manage and deliver IT services to their customers. We help our clients to understand and exploit the constantly changing technology ecosystem to deliver value, agility and efficiency. In collaboration with other specialists across KPMG, we support our clients through digital transformation and enable them to transform their business through technology-enabled change.  

Within Technology Transformation we deliver collaborative team engagements, working together across these capabilities to help our clients get the best from their IT services. We are growing our team to meet an increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking your relevant expertise and experience to join us. 

As a Senior Manager within our IT Sourcing capability you will help our clients exploit their supply chains to effect high value technology transformation in support of their broader business transformation agendas. 

As an experienced sourcing professional, you will be able to operate across finance, commercial and technology delivery disciplines confidently speaking the language of each and understanding the priorities, challenges, constraints and opportunities of all. 

KPMG’s Debt Advisory practice has a c.25 year history advising public and private clients on developing and executing debt financing strategies. The team’s typical clients include listed companies, medium to large privately owned businesses and private equity / sponsor-backed entities. Its experience spans the spectrum of debt markets, financing instruments, asset classes, sectors and situations (including M&A, investment, new debt issues, refinancing and restructuring / amendments to debt facilities). The team operates sub-teams focusing on ‘Corporates’ and ‘Leveraged Finance’, in addition to dedicated expertise specialising in financial services and real estate.
