Job Profile 

To ensure high quality and accurate payroll service to our clients whilst managing and developing the core payroll team. Working alongside the existing payroll manager the new role will help grow payroll services for both domestic and global clients.  

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident payroll professional with an analytical/logical approach. They must have the ability to think creatively whilst ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Maintaining and building excellent working relationships with clients and internal teams they will be expected to identify any process improvements, system developments and training needs.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in the area of pensions investments across both private and public sectors covering both defined benefit and defined contribution.

• Communicating compelling and well thought out solutions for project accounting in response to complex client problems based on Oracle Cloud ERP technology.

• Supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
• Defining an overall Finance & Procurement solution leveraging leading practice solutions to support the business requirements.
