KPMG’s Insurance Enterprise Architecture practice is a leading independent advisor for Technology Architecture professional services. We help CIOs, CTOs and their management teams transform their businesses and IT services. Our clients have to develop robust and executable strategies that have to account for the continual development of technology, with current focus being on Digital disruption, exploitation of cloud technologies and modernising the IT estate.

We are growing our Insurance Architecture team to respond to the increasing demand and in particular seeking technologists with architecture backgrounds and experience in Enterprise Architecture within the Insurance sector. Within the Insurance Architecture team, we work across all areas of the sector, from General Insurance, to Health Insurance, Life and all of London Markets, including Carriers, Brokers, Underwriting, MGA’s, as well as all aspects of the value chain. KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Director role.  The role will focus on Deal Strategy within the Media industry as part of the wider Telecommunications-Media-Technology sector, but with scope to work on the wider range of services including Growth Strategy, Deal Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy (including Economic Profitability Analysis) and Enterprise-wide Transformation.

The Strategy & Performance Transformation team is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 150  practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

The Policy Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining Global Information Security Policies and Security Standards, which define the minimum-security baseline for all KPMG entities.  The role requires a blend of policy expertise, technical skills, and the management skills to drive policy development and enhancements to ensure that our security baseline meets the firm's business requirements and expectations of external parties, regulators and clients, and is aligned to industry frameworks.

This area continues to grow and we are looking for a high quality candidate to support our Power & Utilities business with a particular focus on giving strategic advice to clients in relation to the evolving regulation and policy framework affecting the energy networks.
