As Manager - People in M&A, you will help clients turn complex transactions into successful employee and organisational outcomes. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of engagements and major workstreams across due diligence, integration, separation and value delivery, working closely with senior clients and multidisciplinary KPMG teams. Your contribution will identify workforce risks and opportunities, shape practical people solutions and strengthen delivery quality, commercial performance and client confidence.
