This role is in the Security Advisory and Assessment (SAA) team, within the KPMG UK Information Security function.  The SAA team are critical in the assessment, development and delivery of innovative, technology-enabled secure solutions for KPMG and our clients.  The SAA team is vital to KPMG’s ability to demonstrate that we are delivering ‘secure by design’ solutions such that our business stakeholders, our clients and our regulators trust KPMG. 

Full time tax compliance senior manager, working with staff and external tax return preparers in many countries responsible for timely accurate tax reporting.  Reports to London based tax director. Hybrid role - 2 days a week in London office.

The Opportunity

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager (Senior Solicitor) - with experience in the real estate sector ideally working for private equity, sovereign wealth and/or real estate investment fund clients and owners with repeat activity. 
• KPMG Law wishes to grow and develop a legal real estate team to take full advantage of the synergies with, and opportunities created by, KPMG’s market leading tax and deal advisory practices.
• The Tax practice is worth £80/90 million per annum and KPMG is currently missing out on the opportunity to maximise clients in relation to corporate and transactional real estate work.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).

• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate and/or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
