We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our rapidly expanding Corporate Treasury Services team. Our team is focused on serving the world's leading Corporate Treasuries with their most complex business challenges. The team offer deep treasury expertise in financial products and markets, risk management, systems, governance, valuation and accounting. Our London region CTAC team is a fast growing part of our Tax practice with a diverse client base ranging from PE-backed, owner managed and family businesses through to UK listed and multinationals.

Working in our successful CTAC business will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients as you manage the tax compliance process together with getting involved on various advisory projects such as, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact of global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

The Role

This exciting role is within our London region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our CSQ office.  We work as a region which comprises 5 other offices. 

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships, develop junior staff, provide excellent client service and identify business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be market facing with allocated clients and target organisations 
• Liaising with the client service team and with colleagues in other tax disciplines as well as the audit and accounting discipline to provide a co-ordinated service to the client including managing and delivering tax compliance services

Full time tax compliance senior manager, working with staff and external tax return preparers in many countries responsible for timely accurate tax reporting.  Reports to London based tax director. Hybrid role - 2 days a week in London office.
