We are seeking a highly accomplished Director to join our expanding People Centric Transformation practice, with a dedicated focus on supporting our Middle East business. This is a pivotal and high-profile role within the team, demanding a strategic balance between business development, sales origination, and exceptional client delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of success in leading complex people transformation initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who exhibits superior communication and interpersonal skills.

The Sales Enablement Lead will bring subject matter expertise in implementing strategies, tools and processes that continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. You will bring significant knowledge on a particular set of process and emerging industry trends/issues to the team to help develop regional sales strategies and win approach for bids. Typically participates on a part-time basis, or full time during various stages of an opportunity pursuit. Equips all client-facing employees with the ability to add value to conversations with customer stakeholders at each stage of sales process

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our growing ERP Advisory team. In this role, you will work with clients to determine their ERP strategy and support delivery of ERP transformation programmes, helping them to optimise their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives.

As such, we’re looking for outstanding technologists to join us, grow with us, and develop our Procurement Technology delivery capability, driving our strategy through large-scale Procurement transformation. Part of a developing team that will become our ‘go to’ for Procurement Technology, you will play a key role in the growing of our propositions to sell and deliver large programs. You’ll have excellent listening skills, and a proven track record of helping clients reach their desired outcomes. On the technical side, you’ll need a thorough understanding of Procurement technology solutions.
