We are looking for a GMS Manager to work in the Japan Practice in Tax, Global Mobility Services team working on a mixed portfolio of clients.

You’ll advise on complex people challenges, including future of work trends such as cross-border working, remote working and virtual assignments. Working alongside multi-disciplinary experts, such as tax, technology, immigration, and mobility administration services and using some of the best technology solutions in the market, you’ll have the support and tools to create opportunities for our clients – and for your career.  
 

What will you be doing?

The Sales Enablement Lead will bring subject matter expertise in implementing strategies, tools and processes that continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. You will bring significant knowledge on a particular set of process and emerging industry trends/issues to the team to help develop regional sales strategies and win approach for bids. Typically participates on a part-time basis, or full time during various stages of an opportunity pursuit. Equips all client-facing employees with the ability to add value to conversations with customer stakeholders at each stage of sales process

The Central Team Assistant Managers are Global Mobility professionals, who have expertise in their national tax systems along with general international tax issues The Assistant Manager for the Central Team will bring together KPMG network(s) to deliver exceptional service, while assisting the management/ leadership in helping our clients with their tax and non-tax mobility issues. The Assistant Manager will keep up to date on technical developments, attend relevant training and have an interest in broader tax/employment issues like equity taxation, social security, global compensation, and tax technology
