The Role
 

The Finance Centre of Excellence at KPMG brings together individuals with diverse backgrounds from both industry and deal consulting. We work with senior finance teams at deal pace throughout a deal environment. Our strong understanding of the finance function and its’ role in the deal lifecycle means we can provide the right mix of constructive challenge, holistic support and tried and tested frameworks. In doing so, we help clients navigate the complexities of a deal to deliver effective governance and risk management to protect and create deal value.

We work with both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal finance issues, our propositions include: Buy side diligence, sell side diligence, separations, integrations, IPOs, JVs and standing up businesses. We support our clients across the deal lifecycle.

As such, we’re looking for outstanding technologists to join us, grow with us, and develop our Procurement Technology delivery capability, driving our strategy through large-scale Procurement transformation. Part of a developing team that will become our ‘go to’ for Procurement Technology, you will play a key role in the growing of our propositions to sell and deliver large programs. You’ll have excellent listening skills, and a proven track record of helping clients reach their desired outcomes. KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for an Manager role, with a sector focus on the Consumer, Retail & Leisure industry and with particular experience in Deal Strategy, one of our core propositions.
