In order to support the growth of our capabilities within the CO&I FS Ops team, we are currently looking to recruit Assistant Managers who can make a significant contribution by combining an understanding of the Insurance, Wealth, Pensions & Retail Investments industry with transformation, reorganisation and optimisation capabilities.

Our Financial Transformation practice is a priority area for significant and strategic growth and the team works with leading Investment and Retail Banks, focusing on understanding the core issues and opportunities, to deliver value-adding change across their Finance & Risk functions. The key drivers of change for our Banking clients are regulatory reform, cost reduction and Finance optimisation and our service offerings reflect this demand.

The role sits within our Banking Finance Transformation Capability working with Clients to deliver finance and regulatory change. Successful candidates should have excellent Banking Industry experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of Finance Operating Model and Finance Systems.

The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model.
