Technology Implementation Manager

Tax Technology & Innovation are a team of 300+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Law business. This business has 2500+ tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines. 

The team is made up of Technology Consultants, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects & Engineers, Multi-disciplinary Engineering teams and IT Service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Legal.

A key focus is working with KPMG’s Global Compliance & Transformation (‘GCT’) team to grow our managed service business, helping multinational groups manage and transform their global tax and accounting compliance and reporting requirement across multiple operating regions. 

Leveraging award-winning technology, we enable our clients to utilise KPMG’s compliance and transformation expertise to drive better visibility, greater efficiency and improved risk management across their organisation and responsibilities. Our Asset Management Advisory (AMA) team brings together individuals with deep sector expertise and experience implementing asset management and infrastructure solutions to solve challenges across a range of sectors. We work with major public and private sector entities, principally those with major capital and infrastructure commitments in Transport (highways and rail), Defence, Power & Utilities, Telecoms and Energy Transition. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager who possesses high quality consulting skills and a record of delivering outstanding results when independently leading large and complex consulting projects and working with C-suite clients. All our work is underpinned by technology, and the Senior Manager will require an understanding of how technology can enhance delivery of projects and the solutions we develop for clients.

As a US Tax Director, you will be required to manage a comprehensive and complex client list, provide line and performance management and make a significant contribution to building the new US tax practice within a Big 4 firm. You will have a direct contribution to the development and achievement of building the practice and will be required to build and maintain relationships with third parties, such as trustees, wealth managers and more.  You will be expected to advise clients in connection with their tax affairs and onboard them to the team to offer bespoke advice.
