Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Tax Technology & Innovation team at KPMG, where we are leading the way in transforming the tax industry through technology. As part of KPMG’s $5bn investment in technology over five years, you will play a key leadership role in helping both our clients and our internal teams harness the power of technological advances, particularly in artificial intelligence, to better manage tax obligations and drive business value.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of innovative projects and propositions, leading a team of business analysts and project delivery leads. You will work closely with clients to co-create and implement cutting-edge solutions that address their most pressing tax challenges, with a particular focus on AI-driven transformation. Internally, you will collaborate with senior leaders across our tax and technology practices to execute our business strategy and champion the adoption of new technologies, ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of industry change.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast growing general insurance team that is working across many different types of work and exposed to a variety of clients. The candidate will be working as a leader, within the team supporting both on development of opportunities in the market and development of more junior resource in team, whilst being integral to high quality deliverables to our clients.
