The successful candidate will be expected to:
•    Developing lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs 
•    Provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of moderate complexity Experience of implementing at least one module of the relevant cloud platform with Oracle, so you can bring your learnings to the client about what did (or didn’t!) work •    Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams 
•    Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product. 
•    Liaise with stakeholders across Powered HR, cross collaborating with other teams across Powered HR, ensuring opportunities are shared and explored to maximise our offering to clients.
•    Be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.
•    Assisting with goal development and coaching of staff to enable the growth of the junior management team within our practice.

As Manager - People in M&A, you will help clients turn complex transactions into successful employee and organisational outcomes. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of engagements and major workstreams across due diligence, integration, separation and value delivery, working closely with senior clients and multidisciplinary KPMG teams. Your contribution will identify workforce risks and opportunities, shape practical people solutions and strengthen delivery quality, commercial performance and client confidence. This role offers broad exposure across the deal lifecycle, responsibility for coaching colleagues and the opportunity to grow the People in M&A practice through new propositions, pitches and market activity.

We deal with all aspects of technology, from strategy, digital, apps, infrastructure, cloud, operating models, data, cyber, RPA and post deal implementation to reviewing technology spend. We work with both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal technology issues, our propositions include: Buy side diligence, sell side diligence, separations, integrations, IPOs, synergy, JVs and standing up businesses. As a Director in the Finance Centre of Excellence you will play a senior leadership role in shaping, delivering, and growing our finance-focused deal advisory propositions. You will lead complex, high pressure, multi workstream engagements, working directly with CFOs and finance leadership teams on both the buy-side and sell-side to design, plan, and execute finance workstreams within transaction environments.
