The Role

Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Corporate and Financial investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in four key markets Corporates; Private Equity & Credit; Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

• Corporates:  We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including Consumer, Life sciences, TMT, Industrials, ENR and Banking & Insurance. 
• Asset Management:  We work with Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable/ Energy transition, and Real Estate Funds, both large and mid-cap, as well as institutional investors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds.  Our clients have UK, European and Global investment strategies and will often have teams across multiple asset classes which allows our people to experience different types of transactions.

The Technology Implementation Manager will support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across both the UK and EMA firms. You will manage innovation through automation and transformation, analytics, and data driven solutions, enabling multinational clients to achieve global tax and accounting compliance with greater efficiency, accuracy, and control. 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for a pivotal 12- to 24- month assignment within our Global Quality & Risk Management (GQRM) team. This role will align to our European & Middle Eastern and African global region and will be instrumental in supporting a high-profile effort to deploy KPMGI’s new globally centralized Client Acceptance and Continuance (CAC) solution – a key strategic initiative. The role will report to the GQRM – CAC Deployment lead with the primary remit of driving timely support and adoption of the globally defined solution across the region.

This role will drive proactive media relations activity for the firm, working with the wider communications function to deliver proactive campaigns mix, as well as supporting on issues management and crisis response. Working as part of a talented team, they will take ownership for media relations for key areas of our business, developing proactive activity to enhance our reputation and commercial priorities. They will also work with senior leadership to build media profile and generate positive media coverage for the firm. The candidate will be proactive and creative, with great understanding of the media landscape and social media channels.
