The Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team at KDN Central is seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager to support its quality and risk management operations and strategic direction. This role will focus on developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the quality of client deliverables, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and meeting client expectations. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality and risk management and will play an important role in QRM’s activities across a range of KDN policy and process related initiatives.

How you will make your mark

• Support KDN’s quality review programs within each function (Audit, Tax & Legal, Advisory) as they are designed, implemented and operated
• Assist in driving KDN compliance with Global Quality Risk Management policies
• Assist in the development, monitoring and operation of SoQM/KQCE processes throughout KDN
• Working with the relevant KDN process and control owners, including at the owned delivery centers, to complete quality SoQM/KQCE-related documentation timely
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and control timelines
• Assist with the coordination of the annual independent testing process over KDN KQCE documentation

Director – Legal Managed Services (Contracting Solution Transformation Lead)

Role Summary:

The Director leads strategic contracting managed services programmes, accountable for the transformation lifecycle from pre-sales through to post-signature delivery. You will actively support the sales process, collaborating with Partners to build robust business cases, develop pricing strategies, and define optimal managed service team structures. You will comprehensively assess the client's As-Is environment and design a future-state To-Be model that effectively integrates people, process, technology, and governance to drive substantial improvements. The Senior Manager supports the Director by managing and delivering complex client transitions and transformations in contracting services from pre-sales through transition and implementation. Under the Director's guidance, you will lead detailed aspects of the sales and transition phases, including process mapping, pricing structure development, technology requirement confirmation, and RFP response preparation.

Experience Required

It is expected that the successful applicant will be an English-qualified solicitor with good experience, gained in the UK at a reputable firm (but applicants with other suitable experience will also be considered).

• Must be able to demonstrate experience on transactions, and the ability to supervise and develop more junior members of the team. Strong project management skills are a must.
• Be able to demonstrate good experience of coordinating the provision of advice and the production of complex and interrelated legal agreements and documentation by advisers in multiple jurisdictions. While consulting appropriately on difficult issues, they must be able to deliver robust and appropriate legal advice and exercise sound judgement.
• Significant experience of working with demanding clients across a wide spectrum of scale and sectors and be expert at service delivery.
• They must be able to demonstrate sound client relationship and business development skills, and a desire to develop these skills further.

The role is for a senior manager and will be supporting client delivery as well as the development and growth of our Legal Operations and Transformation Services (LOTS) practice. 

Description of the role:        

-Highly experienced consultant with detailed knowledge of legal operating models
-An understanding and experience working with legal technology vendors
-Ability to lead large scale, complex global transformations
-Lead the end-to-end proposal response mechanism from RFIs and RFPs to the preparation and presentation of final decks

The role will report directly into the head of Legal Operations and Transformation Services. The primary objective will be in delivering complex projects to our multinational clients and to support during the sales process.
