Lead ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) transformations that help organisations modernise HR operations and create stronger employee experiences. As a Powered HR ServiceNow HRSD Manager, you will provide strategic direction, guide multidisciplinary teams and partner with senior client stakeholders from solution design through deployment. You will influence programme quality, governance and commercial outcomes while helping clients align their needs with leading practices and platform capabilities. The role also offers the opportunity to grow KPMG’s ServiceNow HR practice through sales activity, proposition development, innovation, coaching and knowledge sharing.
