You’ll join a high performing team advising on a broad range of clients from early-stage start-ups, successful privately owned businesses, and some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations.

You will be responsible for managing the tax relationship across a diverse portfolio of clients which will provide you a broad range of technical experience. You will take on a variety of projects covering international tax, treasury tax, group restructuring, tax governance, group reporting and domestic tax advisory and compliance.

The role will suit a Manager wanting to drive their tax career. 

The team is diverse and collaborative, with individuals based across Bristol, Reading, Cardiff & Southampton. We embraced hybrid and flexible working long before it became the norm! This exciting role is within our South Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our South Central or South West offices.

Our clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. 

Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

We work as a hybrid team where we get together in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn together, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time.

As one of the largest teams in the industry, our continued investment in innovation advisory means that we seek engineers and scientist to join us on the next exciting phase of our growth.

Our team works with clients from owner managed business, to large multinational organisation, and we are looking for a Manager with a strong scientific/ engineering background to assist clients across a suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services.
