While experience with analytics tools is not mandatory - a strong foundation in technology is required. This position is ideally suited for individuals with exceptional data literacy and advanced Excel capabilities. As a Senior Manager, you will spearhead data analytics on Audit engagements, navigating through the complexities of diverse operational, finance and ERP systems.

The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions i.e. Audit, Tax and Advisory. It will support KDN leadership, central teams, delivery centers to align on priorities to onboard solutions. The responsibility of the role is to drive requirements gathering phase for solution and working for through Target Operating Model Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The focus of the role will be drafting and improvising a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive TOM Blueprint. Additionally, it will be to implement and track KPI's on the performance of the solution onboarding process; identify, validate and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline solution onboarding process.

The Opportunity

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager (Senior Solicitor) - with experience in the real estate sector ideally working for private equity, sovereign wealth and/or real estate investment fund clients and owners with repeat activity. 
• KPMG Law wishes to grow and develop a legal real estate team to take full advantage of the synergies with, and opportunities created by, KPMG’s market leading tax and deal advisory practices.
• The Tax practice is worth £80/90 million per annum and KPMG is currently missing out on the opportunity to maximise clients in relation to corporate and transactional real estate work.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).

As the Transformation Communications Manager, you will support the Transformation Communications and Change Lead with planning and execution of Transformation communications. This is a challenging role that will involve day-to-day liaison with KDN Leaders. All outputs and outcomes must be to the highest standard and the successful candidate will need to display exceptional communication and influencing skills, as well as a keen sense of business acumen and professional judgment. Partnering with KDN team members to identify creative and effective ways to communicate with various KPMG audiences. This role involves the creation and delivery of communication plans, stakeholder maps and a seamless integration with project teams and change management In your role, you will help shape communications to drive change adoption and efficiency, minimise disruptions and optimise outcomes during the transition period. You will provide SME guidance to project managers and teams while managing stakeholder relationships and change throughout the transition.
