What will you be doing?
- Lead IAM projects work-streams from inception through to final delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls.
- Provide support in developing strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.
- Support in creating IAM solution blueprints and producing high-level designs for technical and process solutions across a range of IAM domains.
- Provide specialist knowledge on IAM tooling, and their integration with client IT systems.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Analyse and interpret data, draft report findings, and attend client meetings
- Contribute to the establishment and development of both internal and external relationships and support the business development activity of senior members of the team.
- Shape, develop, contribute to and present proposals to support clients with IAM.
- Coach and develop junior team members through sharing of experience and knowledge.
- Recognise the importance of continuous self and team development and actively strive to achieve this.
- Foster a sense of self belief and confidence in others, seek to understand other motivations.
