The Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG), a part of KPMG Deal Advisory (DA), consists of ca. 400 professionals in the UK and is widely recognised as a leading independent financial, business and regulatory adviser in the infrastructure space. We are seeking a talented individual to manage work streams on client engagements and to take a pro-active business development role by building relationships with clients. Typically, client engagements would cover at least one of the following areas: Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, Financial Recovery Programmes, Service Improvement, Back-Office Transformation and Digital Transformation.

You would need knowledge and skills in Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development and ideally in one other area:
