The Indirect Tax practice is a fast-growing and dynamic business, currently with 13 partners and

approximately 186 professional staff located across the UK. We work to support our portfolio of clients

with a variety of Indirect tax issues. Within the team we have specialists in sectors such as Retail,

Supply Chain, International Trade, alongside our Public Sector specialisms. We work closely with our

colleagues in Trade & Customs, Corporate and Employment tax to deliver value to KPMG’s clients.

We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to work in our team and who are excited by the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey.   Clients will range from working with a diverse range of privately owned business (ranging from owner-managed to private equity), as well as listed businesses.  The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. Our Advisory Business Partners are the critical two-way link between the business and our Learning and Development teams. As a key member of the team, your role contributes true value to the bottom line and is recognised as essential for short and long-term strategic business planning. Your responsibilities span the employee life cycle inclusive of the talent agenda, so you are a true partner to the Capability-aligned HR community. Collaboration across our operating model is a key feature of how you will deliver impactful results

Reporting to the Senior Learning Business Partner, you will build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders in your business super service lines. Using your knowledge and experience of the core learning and HR competencies, coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your clients’ business needs into realistic and achievable solutions that reflect the learning strategy and deliver impact. It’s a fast paced and changing environment. Working closely with Design and Delivery teams you will ensure the technical training remains on track and on budget. You will be a role model for collaboration to those around you; influencing, coaching, motivating and challenging.

KPMG has one of the leading Indirect Tax practices in the UK. Our 22 Partners and approximately 200 professionals provide advice and support in all aspects of Indirect Tax (VAT, Customs Duty, Environmental Taxes) to a broad range of business sectors including large multi-nationals, household name retailers and public sector organisations.
