KPMG has recently developed Global Payroll Manager (GPM) which is a fully automated web-based global payroll solution allowing organisations to better manage cross border payroll compliance, management reporting, recharges and internal control requirements for their globally mobile workforce. GPM, transform assignee demographic data, cash compensation and non-cash benefit data to produce fully reconciled monthly, quarterly and year-end host payroll instructions in both the home and host country of an internationally mobile assignee. Our team is a Global Centre of Excellence focused on serving the world's leading Treasury functions with their most complex business challenges. The team offer deep treasury expertise in financial products and markets, risk management, systems and technology, governance, valuation and accounting. We work closely with other high impact functions within KPMG such as Audit, Risk Consulting and Management Consulting to provide a wide range of treasury advisory services.

As a Manager, you will liaise directly with your clients responding to a range of technical queries, drawing both on your own expertise and identifying when additional input is required from more senior colleagues. Your role will also include business development activities, contributing to the team’s growth and success. You will lead teams and supervise the work of junior staff. You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.

Within the Strategy group team we have an established pricing strategy practice, serving number of sectors including retail, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transport and industrial manufacturing sectors serving UK, European and international clients. We work with C-level executives to identify, structure and solve their most critical strategic issues related to deal strategy, and growth strategy.
