 The Role Purpose
 

Reporting to the MBS International and UK Managing Director, this role builds credibility and cultivates ‘trusted-partner’ relationships with the wider KPMG International member Firm community. Responsible for driving utilisation for KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) as the go-to place for all Microsoft near and offshore skills in UK and beyond. Providing trusted advisor expertise with member firms around their strategic approach to fulfilling their clients business and technology needs. Creates and progresses opportunities for MBS in the International market by leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, pre-sales, technical excellence and delivery experience. Advocates innovation both within the firm and with clients and takes a role in developing team members to their full potential as well as promoting collaboration across teams.
 

You are confident in working along with others to win in client situations and deliver sustainable outcomes. Able to create deep relationships with Microsoft across UK and the ability to bring new opportunities to closure in partnership with Microsoft are a must.

A track record of growing and developing a business in a hyper growth situation and leading and developing a small team in the highly challenging environment that this growth creates whilst still delivering profitability expectations is fundamental.

The Role:

The Solutions Copilot Consultant is responsible for working closely with the UK sales and solutions team to support copilot focussed presales bids and deliver copilot engagements. This person must be comfortable speaking to developers and to C Suite, and everything in between. The person should be comfortable presenting Copilot based solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, articulating the benefits to their business, with the goal to drive growth for the MBS practice.

 

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the UK markets sales and solutions team on a deal by deal basis. Including but not limited to:
      • Production of Copilot Demos
      • Completion of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
      • Advice on Copilot licensing
      • Delivery of client consultancy
  • Supporting the UK markets Copilot sales strategy including the production of technical assets (eg presentations, videos, demos) as part of go to market offerings
  • Building and presenting Copilot content for product presentations and building and delivering configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect’s business needs.
  • Working with Business Development Managers to build and take our Copilot solutions to market.
  • Supporting initiatives to showcase our propositions to customers and Microsoft via online webinars and face to face workshops.
  • Supporting engagements with KPMG stakeholders and ensuring our Copilot solutions are understood throughout the firm.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by working closely with our Microsoft account teams.

 Required:

  • Proven success in a technical Pre-sales role
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Copilot
  • Proven knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
  • Proven record of building or selling tech solutions in one of the following sectors (Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy, Professional Services)

 

 Desirable:
