The Treasury Tax team is a growing specialist group providing technical support on deals, financing transactions, international structuring and other complex tax advisory matters.  We work closely with Corporate Tax client service teams to deliver high quality advice that is practical, commercially focused and technically robust.

This exciting role is within our International Tax team. As part of a high performing team you will work with a diverse portfolio of large clients across UK listed, PE-backed, inbound and family-owned groups, and take on a variety of projects including BEPS Pillar 2, tax structuring and international expansion.

Join Deal Advisory Tax as a Manager and help corporate and financial investors understand, manage and optimise tax considerations across acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and other complex transactions. You will work on UK and cross-border deals ranging from £10 million to more than £10 billion, collaborating with clients, legal advisers and specialists across KPMG. Your contribution will combine technical tax advice, commercial analysis, project leadership and relationship management to support sound decisions throughout the investment cycle.
