Your role will include managing a variety of HR queries and being the first line of contact by phone and email. You will provide initial guidance, advice and support to the employees. This role will lead the Talent Deployment – Audit team aligned to KPE. With a fixed book of work and a complex pattern of regulation and accreditation requirements, it is critical that the Audit Resourcing Senior Manager KPE is able to optimise the resourcing within the performance group.  The appropriate allocation of resources to engagements has a significant impact to quality, our financial results and our people experience all of which are key pillars of our strategy.
