The Cyber and Digital Health Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing complex cyber security and digital trust engagements across the UK healthcare market, with a particular focus on the NHS and wider health and social care ecosystem. The successful candidate will bring relevant experience in delivering broad cyber advisory services, including DSPT-CAF readiness and remediation, cyber strategy, governance, risk and assurance, and programmes that enable frontline productivity through secure, resilient and effective use of technology.

The role will be working in the UK Digital Healthcare practice within our Technology and Data service line in Advisory, supporting clients across Infrastructure, Government and Health. Our clients are making major investments in digital platforms, data, automation and electronic patient record capabilities, but the value is only realised when technology is adopted, embedded into clinical and operational workflows, and connected to measurable outcomes. The Business Solution Architect is responsible for translating strategic business objectives into integrated, scalable solutions. Reporting to the Lead Architect, this role is key in the intent of business portfolio leads into a structured, evidence-based view of the business capabilities, value streams, and target operating model the function needs - and then converts that into a prioritised, outcome-anchored roadmap that drives the technology backlog.

Functional skills

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing Finance transformation programmes (e.g. cost reduction, insight led improvement etc.).
• Experience of multiple industry sectors (e.g. Media, Services, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Local and Central Government etc.).
• Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
• Experience of multiple Workday Finance ERP implementation project lifecycles, from presales, scoping and planning through to post go live support, as a Solution Architect.
• Detailed knowledge of Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business process across Finance and Procurement.
• A background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas including Invoice to Cash (Receivables, Collection and Cash Management), Record to Report (General Ledger including Intercompany), Procure to Pay (Sourcing, Procurement, Payables and Payments), Acquire to Retire (Fixed Assets), Project to Result (Project Management and Project Accounting – Costing and Billing), within Workday Finance.
• Broad knowledge of other Workday product sets like HR and Payroll solutions
• An understanding of the functional, application and technical architectural elements of an Workday Finance programme.
• Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on premise.
• Understanding of an Workday Finance delivery lifecycle using Workday’s methodology or equivalent delivery method.
