KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Manager role, with a Financial Services focus (ideally Banking or Insurance) and experience of at least one of our core propositions; Growth Strategy, Deal Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy and Enterprise-wide Transformation.

We help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate.  Changes may be driven by decisions to digitise, to streamline, to pivot, to respond to new regulation or to harness the benefits of analytics or new technology.   Or they may be driven by acquisition or disposal.  Whatever the reason, our clients are continually re-designing parts of the organisation, and that’s where we come in.   We are looking for experienced consultants who can lead Change and Organisation Design workstreams on complex, business critical programmes.  We expect the consultant to be able to scope, price and design our approach for a particular client (with support from a Partner or Director), and then to lead delivery of this work, including managing teams of more junior consultants.   Many of our projects are multi-disciplinary, and you will be expected to work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer or analytics.    We expect the successful applicant to have the following technical skills
