We are looking for experienced consultants who can lead Change and Organisation Design workstreams on complex, business critical programmes. We expect the consultant to be able to scope, price and design our approach for a particular client (with support from a Partner or Director), and then to lead delivery of this work, including managing teams of more junior consultants. Many of our projects are multi-disciplinary, and you will be expected to work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer or analytics. We are now looking for talented and experienced Consultant to join our pensions actuarial team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality actuarial pensions advice in relation to defined benefit pension schemes in the private sector.

You will be responsible for will work closely with the senior members of the team in this service line, which will involve providing:

Summary of Role Purpose

We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for will work closely with the team in this service line, which will involve providing:

Advice relating to DC scheme strategy and structure, across DC trust based occupational pension schemes, including the National Employment Savings Trust, and Workplace Personal Pension schemes, which could be Group Personal Pension (GPP), a Stakeholder Pension (SHP), or a Group Self-Invested Personal Pension (Group SIPP)
DC member engagement and education
DC investment
DC governance, including setting up DC governance committees
Wider benefit and reward strategy
Financial coaching and well being
Statutory auto-enrolment compliance and implementation

The role of the Business Process Architect is to significantly contribute towards efforts to improve, and create alignment between, the business and technology functions within KPMG to ensure that the Firm can execute its strategy and achieve its primary goals. The Business Process Architect must therefore have a good understanding of both business and technology strategy and concepts; requirements and designs; their mutual dependencies and impacts on one another; and an understanding of technology transformation and project management disciplines to create practical and feasible plans that deliver on the Firm’s primary goals. The Business Architecture team works closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop an integrated view of the enterprise, defining and using coherent frameworks, and repeatable methods and techniques. The build out of an integrated view of the KPMG UK Enterprise is key to accelerating and de-risking internal change and transformations.
