Role and Responsibilities

• Leading UK inbound engagements including advisory and compliance related services. 
• Overseeing service delivery including drafting and signing off advice, adhering to SLAs and KPIs, reviewing casework on an as needed basis.
• Advising on complex cross-border immigration issues. 
• Supporting the team with complex issues including escalations, delivering solutions and viable options. 
• Identifying opportunities including use of technology to solve clients’ problems and improve client service delivery, co-managing the rollout of new technology to clients.
• Participating in client proposals and presentations, identifying and maximising new opportunities across various business sectors in the UK and overseas. 
• General practice management: monitoring team members’ performance, identifying the team’s training, development and staffing requirements, ensuring the team receives sufficient support and coaching.</

OEH is an innovative, agile and collaborative function that provides services to support our client-facing colleagues in the delivery of their work. OEH supports the business through a variety of specialist teams, who work collaboratively to support the business to run smoothly.

The Credit Management department is part of OEH Finance. You will be joining a team that provides vital credit control support to the Business, working with a wide portfolio of blue-chip companies, providing high level credit control administration and support, delivering excellent customer service on a variety of tasks and activities and enabling customers to focus on their core business objectives contributing to KPMG’s goal of driving growth through operational excellence.

The Email Marketing Manager is accountable for creating and delivering email marketing strategies that support our business goals, enhance brand awareness and nurture valuable client relationships. The individual will be responsible for developing the strategy and innovation roadmap including how we mature to automation and define efficient processes, alongside managing the deployment of all email sends in the UK. The role sits as part of the Digital Marketing team and will collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders.
