Our Midlands CTAC team is a fast-growing part of our Tax practice with a diverse client base ranging from PE-backed, owner managed and family businesses through to UK listed and multinationals.

Working in our successful CTAC business will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients as you manage the tax compliance process together with getting involved on various advisory projects such as, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact of global fiscal change (e.g., BEPS Pillar 2).

The Role

Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Financial and Corporate investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in our three performance groups of Financial Services, Corporates and National Markets, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

• Financial Services:  We work with private equity, infrastructure, and real estate funds as well as institutional investors such as sovereign wealth funds and pension funds.  This team also works with institutional clients in the banking, insurance and traditional asset management sectors. Our clients have UK, European and Global investment strategies.
• Corporates:  We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border.

This exciting role is within our International and Complex tax group based in the London office, focussing on large inbound and outbound multinational businesses. You’ll join a high performing team advising some of the largest and most complex organisations in the world.
