KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. As such we are now seeking to recruit a Senior Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Data Protection team in our Commercial Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team which works across KPMG providing our clients with data protection solutions Our data protection team works with the different service lines within KPMG to provide clients with complete data protection solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Assisting clients in the development of data protection strategy Advising clients on cross border data transfers Supporting clients with the data protection elements of their transformation programmes, including group restructuring, outsourcing, large scale technology programmes Advising on data ethics The applicant must be keen to develop and broaden his/her legal skills to include working on multi-disciplinary projects and being closer to the business side of these projects. The successful applicant will be a self-starter and a strong performer and team player who is focussed on helping to ensure that the team successfully delivers projects for its clients. While consulting appropriately on difficult issues, he/she must be able to deliver robust and appropriate legal advice and exercise sound judgement. He/she must be able to demonstrate sound client relationship and business development skills, and a keenness to develop these skills further.

The successful applicant will be expected to take responsibility for servicing and building part of the existing business of the team. The successful applicant will help promote the team’s work through participating in team and firm events, giving internal and external presentations, and producing expert articles for publication.

MS Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant
 

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365F&O Senior Finance Consultant with experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects. With a hands-on approach and solid understanding of finance process and procedures combined with knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients and project teams working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused around Dynamics F&O functionality and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst mentoring more junior staff.
