We are seeking a talented individual with experience of Procurement implementations and detailed working knowledge of Source to Pay software including one or more of the following; Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle, GEP, ZIP, ORO or ServiceNow. KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Director role.  The role will focus on Deal Strategy within the Media industry as part of the wider Telecommunications-Media-Technology sector, but with scope to work on the wider range of services including Growth Strategy, Deal Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy (including Economic Profitability Analysis) and Enterprise-wide Transformation.

The Strategy & Performance Transformation team is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 150  practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with significant post qualified experience in the real estate sector ideally working for clients with repeat activity. 
• The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2023 and is now 11 strong including 5 Partners with further growth plans during 2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth and listed property company clients.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate and/or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
• Ideally the candidates will be known in the market with good contacts in the target client base.
• As this sector is known to lack diversity, KPMG is dedicated to considering diverse profiles for this role.
• The ideal candidates are likely to come from law firms but candidates from competitor firms or in-house will also be considered.
