The Cyber and Digital Health Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing complex cyber security and digital trust engagements across the UK healthcare market, with a particular focus on the NHS and wider health and social care ecosystem. The successful candidate will bring relevant experience in delivering broad cyber advisory services, including DSPT-CAF readiness and remediation, cyber strategy, governance, risk and assurance, and programmes that enable frontline productivity through secure, resilient and effective use of technology.

KPMG Law is seeking an experienced  corporate lawyer to join its expanding Northern team, based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will have broad experience across M&A, equity investments and joint ventures, equity incentive arrangements, corporate structuring and international business reorganisations.

We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including ENR.   Our energy clients span oil and gas, power and utilities (including renewables), mining and chemicals.  

We provides advisory services across a whole spectrum of areas including deals (including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assists and vendor due diligence, refinancing and listing support) and international tax (structuring, financing, leasing etc). 

We work collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work.

The Cyber Response & Recovery Assistant Manager role will be working in the Cyber Response Services (CRS) Team within our Advisory practice, reporting directly to the cyber response leadership. Cyber security is one of the areas which KPMG has identified for tremendous investment and growth. Our clients face a challenging cyber threat and look to us to help them understand and respond to that threat.

This is a hands-on role, and an opportunity to join a high performing team that works with a wide variety of clients, as KPMG are one of just nine tier 1 responders in the UK. As such, you will gain a huge amount of experience in a short space of time and will also have the opportunity to be put through a range of security certifications.
